• Our mousse and cheesecakes are made using a cold process similar to that used when making ice cream.

  • Products may be frozen,We recommend that you let the cake stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.Customer are highly advised to follow FDA food guidelines to ensure safety and quality.

  • We use fresh eggs to emulsify as a leavening agent to make cake soft and fluffy without any chemical additives.

  • We use the highest quality chocolate from Europe. The color and decorations of our cakes, including the chocolates will vary from our photos.

  • $10 minimum for credit card purchases. All sales are final, no refunds or returns

  • Customers are advised to check orders before leaving the store, no exchanges, refunds, or returns will be issued on the basis of damages.

  • Orders for same day pick-up, orders larger than 8-in, and/or special requests, contact us via email, it may take us about 24 hours to respond. The 'add additional notes' box at checkout will be ignored.

  • 6-in and 8-in cakes cannot be cancelled or changed within 72 hours of pick up time. 1/4 sheet and above cakes cannot be cancelled after order is placed.

  • All pre-orders will be kept in the storage up to 72 hours from the pick up time, then it will be disposed. 

  • It is necessary to present your cake order form at the time of pickup, otherwise customers will take cake as is.

  • Customers are highly advised to follow FDA food guidelines to ensure safety and quality.

  • Customers may not be informed of any changes made to design or ingredients of products. Decorations and design may vary from pictures.

  • Decorations are customizable with an extra charge.
